TRUFFLE LITES

Hostess pack -3 containers with 5 truffles in each for a total of 15 truffles

I have been experimenting, trying to come with a less filling--fewer calorie version of my decadent and delicious truffles and am pleased to say---I think I have done it.

Introducing Truffle Lites--they contain the same 3 ingredients but these do not have that extra layer of chocolate on the outside. They have a small drizzle of melted chocolate on top so they do not appear "naked" when they go out to my sales.
